I get absolutely HORRIFIC leg cramps at night. Even with a high pain threshhold, they make me scream and writhe in agony. My leg crams went away!

I started this 1 month ago. Took it for 2 weeks 1 per day, still issues! Then I started 1 -2x per day, morning and night and it has made a huge difference! This was driving me crazy! Now , minimal issues! Life changing for me!! Excellent supplement and no side effects just like it says!!Happy Camper!! 😀

I would get such strong leg cramps that my calf would hurt so bad, that it was hard to walk. I saw this with a google search and was desperate, so I purchased it. I started with 1 a day. the cramps were still there, still painful but not as bad. I went to 2 a day, 1 in morning and 1 at before bed, and thankfully that is working for me, I was afraid I was going to have to take more. There are some days, (this month 3) that I need an extra one, but if that's what keeps the cramps away it is so worth it. I am very thankful I found these, so is my fiancé', I am not kicking all night.

This product works great for me. As recommended, I started at a higher dosage, and now can usually keep my leg cramps under control with just one capsule daily. If I wake up with a cramp I take another one, and the cramp goes away very quickly.
