Looks lovely and great Value for money. I thought this pergola was very good for the price. It did take 2 people to put it up. The customer service from purple leaf is amazing. Stupidly I didn’t secure the cover on top of the pergola in the bad winds and a small plastic part had broken off. I contacted purple leaf who were very responsive and helpful. They sent me out spare parts in a matter of days. I definitely recommend this product and buying from them

Fantastic product, easy to assemble, nicely put together and great customer service.We wanted to know if there was a side panel we could order for this pergola and the customer service was outstanding, very quick to respond and extremely helpful. They explained that this pergola doesn't have a side panel but gave us good alternatives as ideas for resolving it.

I read some of the reviews of this Pergola and hesitated over buying it but I am so glad I did.It was Very Well packaged with each component individually wrapped in protective material. No damage on arrrival. I don't understand other's comments on the Instructions as it came with a Full Glossy Assembly Manual which was Very well illustrated and provided it was followed carefully there were no Issues at all putting it all together. My Wife and I built the frame then we had a little help from her Sister to fit the Canopy.We are VERY Pleased with it and woould recommend to others.

Lots of reviews stating 2 hours to put together, not a chance. Great bit of kit every item marked so very easy to follow instructions. Some good advice take the complete box to the area you intent to install, to save a lot of back ache ideally have 2 benches (I used 2 patio tables) lay all items out and check in case of missing parts, you can put all parts together by oneself until you need to stand the frame up then it’s a 2 person process all very easy if you follow instructions closely.

Short answer is yes, All beam members are aluminium, instructions are great and easy to follow, Allen key bolts are good quality. What lets it down, well first off it arrived damaged by a puncture through the carboard with a fork lift dented tbe beams, 😔. I didn't spot this on delivery as the puncture was on the bottom on the bottom of the box, delivered by 2 guys?? It's heavy so needs a 2 person.lift. After moving to garden for unpacking it became obvious. Decided to build it anyway as it is is a right pain to get anything like this back to Amazon. Instructions are easy to follow just like Lego ones.Bolts holes are poorly aligned and you need to wiggle or drill them out slightly to fit, very poor cutting this should not happen on a product of this cost. It needs 2 people to help position uprights and cross beams, I can see light through the cover in cloud so not sure of UV protection, will see and update later. Once assembly easy to lift with 4 persons and position. Canopy doesnt have a tie back so used a velcro strap ,one I had spare . So I would purchase this again despite issues just check the box carefully for holes.

Really love the look this gives our garden. It’s transformed it! Took us a few hours to get it sorted but now it is I can’t stop myself from peeking out to see it regularly. Hopefully it lasts a decent amount of time

Just opened the box and once again a damaged part. This is the second time and will once again be returning the product. We still have not had our money returned from our first order.We are now considering going elsewhere.

Ordered this for the garden and it looks gorgeous now it's built. Will see how it holds up with the UK winter conditions and strong winds, but so far so good. Great value for such a large pergola compared to other alternatives.Seems sturdy enough although I have filled the 4 bases with pea-gravel to weigh it down. No issues in putting it together - instructions were missing from original package but were sent to me digitally and very easy to follow. Took about 4 hours to build.I had a few minor issues with scratches / dents / missing items on some of the parts but Purple Leaf couldn't have been any more helpful in resolving them for me. Absolutely fantastic seller to deal with - fast and accommodating responses, very professional - great service.

We recently purchased this pergola in hopes that it would solve our sun/wind issues on our patio. We tried a 11 foot patio umbrella in the past and it moved around quite a bit due to wind. We were looking for something that would provide sun blocking and that would hold up in the wind as well and figured we would give this option a try.The product arrived quickly and was not damaged during shipping. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly went smoothly with 2 people. There were a couple of holes that were not drilled in the right place, but was easily corrected. The frame of the product is a lightweight, greyish colored aluminum and is sturdy when assembled. We ordered the grey canopy option and the color is very nice with the frame. We attached the pergola to our cement patio and so far, it has been great! The retractable cover is easy to use and locks into place when the canopy is open. We will add curtains or shades on the sides to help with some of the sun block due to the way the sun moves across our patio, but sun block from the canopy top is great. I had to reach out to customer service for one issue we had, but they followed up promptly and were able to take care of this matter quickly and properly. We are happy with our new addition and hope that it provides us with years of sun protection.

Die Qualität und auch der Aufbau haben uns überzeugt. Es entspricht unseren Erwartungen und auch der Beschreibung. Insgesamt hat sich der Kauf für uns sehr gelohnt.

Lieferung war schnell und vollständig. Sehr gute Beschriftung und Bauanleitung. Man sollte auf jeden Fall zu zweit, eher zu dritt sein. Mit 2,5 Personen hat der Aufbau ca. 3 Stunden gedauert. Optisch sehr schön. Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen.
