The size of the cloth listed with the picture above is 12" x 14". the tech details list the size as 8.5 x 7.4 x 0.8. which size is it?

I just bought 6 of them (product #39016) two months ago. All of the unopened ones I have state the size as ‘12.5”x14”,’ and are that size. I’m not sure if they are making them slightly smaller now, or if that’s an old pic, and they’re making them slightly larger. Either way, they are 12.X”x14”.
