I have used the previous version of this product since 1978. It originally was provided by medical supply houses to hospitals. When my wife had our first son, a bottle of April Fresh came home in a "ditty bag". I started to use it on my hands because they had a tendency to dry out and split and bleed. This stuff worked miracles.Then it was withdrawn from everywhere and the company that used to market it - Chester Labs - apparently is gone; at least there is no more April Fresh. Originally, it came in several sizes of bottles both scented and unscented. The original scent was called "Orange Blossom" and was a mild scent.Mow comes Medline Sooth and Cool. While the formula is the same, the recipe is a bit different. This version has been watered down a bit. The new scent is very strong...too strong for me. And, for now at least, there is no unscented version available that I am aware of.However, over all, this stuff DOES WORK WELL and does what I have been accustomed to it doing; namely keeping my hands soft sans the splitting and bleeding. And, it comes in the same two sizes as April Fresh use to.So, for me, there is nothing else in the world that works as well as this lotion does. I use it on my hands, my back in places, my knees and my feet. Wonderful stuff. I feel sorry for everyone who has not ever tried this lotion. There is no alternative. I'm 77 years old and had there been a good alternative, I would have found it and I have tried a bunch of different lotions.

My husband used this product when he was in the hospital. It’s the only kind that worked for his dry, cracked, inflamed hands. I found it here and ordered it thinking I was going to receive 12 bottles in my order. I only received 1. It says in the description, “12 count”. I thought I was getting a really good deal! Could someone explain what “12 Count” means? It’s a good product and I will be ordering it again!Thank you!

We discovered this cream while visiting a rehab facility. We liked it so much we bought some for home. It rubs in easily and leaves a smooth non greasy feel to your skin. Highly recommended.

Goes on easily, smells nice, absorbs well! So, easy application and no lingering greasy feeling. I can pull on socks, long sleeve shirts, etc., without having to wait after putting this lotion on. Like I said -- great stuff!!

Was confused by the ad to sell the product. Thinking it was a 12 count order. Was only one item. Where does the 12 count come in. If I am buying one, leave it at that. Very disappointed with the sale. You probably won't sell very much at your current price. I work for a Medical supply company, and your price is not comparable to anything. Very disappointed, bottom line....
