So simple but great result in a few minutes.
Very pleased with the results after only a couple of flushes. I can now hear clearly again. I can highly recommend this product.

Excellent product for flushing the ear through with water
I won't be too graphic but this worked just as well as when the Dr syringed my ear. I leant over the sink, filled the syringe with warm water, squirted it in the ear and out came the wax. Excellent product and well worth the money.

Efficient cleaning
Was not sure first if this would work, but definitely cleaned the ear so might be able to avoid the pricy high street ear cleaning. Made me a bit dizzy after using, so syringing somewhere safe & stable is a consideration.

Useless for wax removal. Not powerful enough.
Useless at removing ear wax, even partial blockage. Not powerful enough to affect any lodged wax. Very fine spray on any of the nozzles. Had to go to professionals, who removed wax in seconds, and remarked that this home kit which I showed her was absolutely worthless.

Easy to use and does a great job my ears were cleared with no problems. The instructions were very clear.
