Durable, cute, and 10/10 functionality .
Why did I not purchase this a long time ago?? I am a big soup person and I would bring soup into work to microwave later, but this thermo jar is a game changer!! I pour hot water into it first, dump out, then pour my hot soup in. It was about 5 hours after that I open to eat my soup and it was piping hot! What a great little jar. It's super durable, the design is cute and sleek, and functionality is 10/10. It's not heavy either!

easy to clean, spoon enclosed in lid, leak proof
I use this to put my high schooler’s hot lunch that I heat up in the morning. I do put boiling water to preheat the jar before I put in food and the food always stays hot by lunch time.- I LOVE how the lid can hold the foldable spoon so it’s easier to always have the utensil. Just a note that when you dry it, don’t forget to open spoon cover lid so that area can dry.- also love that the food lid is separate from the bowl/cup cover so there is no small crevice to clean like most food thermos jars.- I like that the surface touching the food at the bottom of the lid is stainless steel and not plastic, a feature that I haven’t seen in most food thermos. This is only my third “model” of food thermos/jar I’ve ever bought, but it’s definitely my favorite ❤️

Hot Lunch
This worked pretty good for bringing soup to work with me. I have about 4 hours between when I pack lunch and when I eat it. I was having dental work so couldn't eat solid food for a while. It was still plenty warm, if not piping hot, when I opened it for lunch.A couple of tips to help with hot foods. Pre-heat the thing with boiling water for a couple of minutes before putting your soup in. OK I guess that was only one tip.Anyway I didn't want something too huge or expensive to take to work and this got the job done reasonably well. So I had fairly hot soup for lunch. Don't expect miracles, the laws of thermodynamics still apply.

The first thing I did was throw away the metal spoon thing
The spoon is too small and a PITA. But the thermos itself is great - keeps my soup or casserole leftovers hot until lunch time. Plus it's cute and that means something to me. The mouth is wide enough that I can eat right out of the thermos without using the cuppy thing. It's 100% leakproof and well made, and it's a perfect size for a generous lunch. But pack a real eating utensil.

I had my doubts, but I love it
I have used this thermos a couple times. I mainly use it for the Campbell’s chicken noodle soup, the kind you don’t have to dilute. I cook it on my stove. I drink tea in the morning, so I pour hot water from my kettle into the thermos to heat it up right before adding the soup. I left the thermostat a few minutes, about the time my Tea is steeping. Then I pour out the water and put the soup in. I take it to work from 7 o’clock to 1 o’clock. It stayed hot. Almost too hot. I could eat the soup at my desk without having to use the office microwave. It is compact and nice, I don’t really use the spoon that came with it, but it’ll be great if I ever forget a spoon. It is easy to clean because the opening is so wide, and there are no nooks and crannies inside the thermos I would buy it again.

Attractive unit that works well.
I'm a trucker and this jar keeps soup and stew hot for well over 8 hours. Nice, wide mouth makes it easy to fill with chunky soups, etc. The folding spoon in the lid is a good idea, but I find it unnecessary.

Every aspect of this is great
2 year update: I bothered to update this after all this time, because this thermos is still going strong! It has a very small dent in it from being dropped, but other than that, it looks like new. We still hand wash it, but because the opening is so wide, that's easy. We paid $25 for it 2 years ago so the present price of $23 is awesome. You won't be disappointed!Original post:We've used this thermos for 3 months now and it's just awesome. The food stays hotter than needed (it's contain for 2-3 hours), the wide mouth makes it easy to clean, the pink color is sparkly and darling, and it doesn't have a mark on it. We aren't hard on it and hand wash it, but we're super impressed with this thermos for the moderate price.
