Prepare Today or Regret Tomorrow
This is a must-have when swimming in open waters. This device may save your life. It's better to be prepared than to be remorseful.

Life saver
Wow, just wow. I had this on and I was doing short dives in the ocean. I pretended to panic underwater (witch i know you never do underwater) i don't know if it was instinct or training but I keept calm and reached for my waste found the cord and pulled hard. This little bag pulled me so fast to the surface. I will never go into the water without it now. You can actually put it under you and rest right on it and it will hold you in the water. (I'm 210lbs) it's a great life saver. It did not deflate untill I wanted it to witch was a few hours later. It does not get in the way while swimming. It's light weight, you will forget your wearing it. It's easy to get the exact c02 replacement very important. Because it is reusable. Another great thing about it. And printed right on it is how to put it away right so you can use it next time and so it will deploy right the next time. This does not replace a life jacket, but it's something I think everyone should have along with a life jacket. It's a real life saver.

Only One Inflate
I loved the idea, concept, and safety measure of the Restube Beach One-Pull Inflatable Water Safety Buoy. However, when it arrived, we tried it out and discovered an important detail: it inflates only one time, and you need to purchase a new cartridge for each use. This aspect should be clearly stated in the product description to prevent unnecessary trials. While it's a great safety device, be aware that you should only activate it in an emergency to avoid the additional cost of replacement cartridges. Overall, it's effective but has a hidden recurring expense.

Smaller than expected - which is good!
The "package" is a lot smaller than expected, which is good when you're being active.I haven't used mine yet (because it's the winter) but will be using it once the season starts. It's much smaller than other inflatable belts so I'm sure lots of people will be asking me questions about it. Ended up buying a cellphone belt pouch so I can attach to the belt (to put my phone + keys when I'm paddling). Highly recommend!

Buyer be aware - could not fly with it out of US airport
I was not able to fly with the cartridge even though I showed the TSA agent the little brochure it came with it. The worst part is this is nonrefundable. So waste of $55 that we couldn’t use on our vacation that I bought it for.

Restube beach. Not returnable. Needs manual inflate.
This item is not returnable. For some reason it is ok for them to send to you but not you to send to them. Also the beach tube uses smaller non standard co2 cartridges. They cost about twice the price of the standard 16g.The beach restube does not have a manual/by mouth inflator. Go with the active for the extra $30. But be aware not returnable.

CO2 not included
Was excited to get the product but found that it did not come with a CO2 cartridge. The instructions and packaging seem to indicate the CO2 is included, but it was not. I would give this a better rating if the CO2 was included.
