Q: Can the stainless steel version be used for water based liquids?

It is stainless steel, so if you clean it thoroughly it should be fine with most liquids. I would suggest that you call or email the company to be sure.

Q: Pressure release valve didn't worked at 90 psi... How do I fix it?

Push the center pin of the air nozzle to release the remaining pressure inside the bottle. It can be always worked. Please try it again.
