Saw and heard about this brand on social media I did a deep dive and compared the ingredients. They matched up and reviews were good. They have a good quality and potency. They do their job. You do have to take 4 at a time though which seems like a lot. Why not make a more potent capsule and take less. Luckily it doesn’t bother me taking that many down. But still a bit annoying. Definitely help me sleep and keep regular and helped my leg cramps as well. Definitely will be repurchasing once I run out.
