How do I get my voice to be heard in a zoom presentation? Why is the icon on the right of the lens always shining red?

check your zoom settings for audio and video. the shining red indicate your camera is powered on. when its green it is actively streaming.

Does it work with Teams?

Yes. I use for Teams, Skype, Zoom, etc.

Is this a wireless? Can it work without being physically plugged in to the computer? I want to carry it around the house but not be plugged in

not on this webcam. most webcam I know is only hard wired USB. I would recommend using your phone camera to move around the house.
