Feature rich easy to use air fryer at a fair price.
I did a lot of research before purchasing this air fryer and have zero regrets. It ticks all the features that make it a great buy. Easy to clean large basket, simple controls, a window, a light, quiet, controls cooking odor fairly well, and heats up quickly. Preheating is really unnecessary. I always use the minimum cooking time listed in the recipe. I don't normally cook meat in it since I use a grill 3 times a week, but decided to try a roast chicken. They recommended a 4lb chicken. Good luck finding a 4lb chicken. I got a 5.5 lb chicken and it fit fine. OMG! I'll never buy a store bought rotisserie chicken again. It was tender, juicy, and had beautifully crispy skin with flavor through to the bone. We use it mainly for roast potatoes, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts, frozen pizza, tater tots, and hard boiled eggs. The eggs come out perfect every time. I bought it a year and a half ago for $109. There were similar sized air fryers that were cheaper, but none with all the features of this one.

Use it all the time
The Vortex Instant Fryer is a fantastic addition to any kitchen, offering both convenience and versatility. One of its standout features is the fast preheat function, which saves time and gets you cooking in no time. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, this fryer is ready to go almost instantly. The size is perfect for frequent use, with a spacious basket that can handle generous portions. It's ideal for making crispy potatoes, juicy chicken, and even perfectly golden mozzarella sticks. The consistent cooking results and even heat distribution ensure that every dish comes out delicious.Overall, the Vortex Instant Fryer is a reliable and efficient appliance that has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone looking to simplify their cooking routine while achieving great results! The only thing I don’t like is changing the filter, but that’s minor. Get this one!

Throw out microwave......and maybe oven also
This IS the best for the price and then some. We had the original instant fryer and used it to death, and just wanted to upgrade a little. This one though, wow, very quiet, almost don't think it's working, cooks very well, VERY healthy, size is great for 2-4 people, great tasting food always, versatile, and heats evenly, and very easy to clean, just like our old one. Would definitely recommend this ABOVE others. 😂 We hardly ever use our microwave anymore.

Quiet and large capacity
I was in the market for a larger capacity airfryer and the “Insta Vortex” was one of the highest rated after I researched and read reviews across several sites.I previously had owned a Philips airfryer that was highly rated as well. So I was somewhat on the fence about switching brands. I did ultimately decide to give the “Instant” a try when a limited time price drop came along. Well I am happy to share that so far it has been worth it. This airfryer is worthy of all the good reviews it has. Here are several of the features I love. The fan is incredibly quiet when compared to my older af, cooking capacity is awesome(I can cook four smaller chicken breasts at a time), the interior light and viewing window are something I didn’t realize I wanted or needed, audible chime alerts which are pleasant and helpful, clean-ability of the basket/tray and odor filter are some of the features I am enjoying so far. I have yet to try all of the cooking options it has, but I am confident that they will not disappoint. So if you are in the market for a quality airfryer I would highly recommend the Instant Vortex Plus 6QT Air Fryer with Odor Erase Technology, 6-in-1 Functions that Crisps, Roasts, Broils, Dehydrates, Bakes & Reheats. You won’t be disappointed!

Great air fryer, but does NOT erase odors
If you need a great, larger size air fryer, get it. Love this one, easy to use and to clean. But don't believe the hype about the 'odor erase' filters. Do not work.Smells just like my smaller, older model

If you're considering a toaster-oven style fryer, consider this model first
The media could not be loaded. I have always been skeptical of "air-fryers," and after much societal pressure, I decided to invest. After much research, this model seemed to be exactly what I wanted and I doubt I could be more pleased with the experience. This model is an upgrade from the previous and did not have any offensive smell whatsoever. However, I did wash it prior to use.I had always been inclined to get a toaster-oven style air-fryer with a glass window because I like to check in on my food, but after seeing numerous reviews favoring the bucket-style air-fryers (for numerous reason), this model felt like a perfect compromise with the window and light feature.Pros:- Many things taste better in the air-fryer, for whatever reason. Fries are more crispy, even broccoli requires no spices to convince me to eat it.- The window/light: it's perfect. Love it.- Settings/features are easy to navigate. Love the dial for quick adjustments.- Broil feature is exceptional, especially for quickly browning cheese atop an open face sandwich.- Huge time saver. The pre-heat is always less than 3 min, as opposed to my oven which takes 10-15 min.- Also, a huge time saver: it doesn't lose its heat quite as much an oven, or it reheats fast enough, should you decide to open it early to check on the food.- The basket is huge. I'm only feeding myself, granted, but I'm glad I did not upgrade in size. If I plan on roasting a turkey once every 3 years, I have an oven for that. But for everything else, I'll be fine with here.- Odor control. I read some complaints here, where people said that their whole apartment smelled like fish after cooking fish, and to them I ask, "Have you not cooked fish before?" I cook stinky things all the time and the lingering smell must be half of what I'm used to, I believe due to the odor control filter on this model.Cons:- You can't dump the bucket over a plate, or the grill plate will fall straight out of the bucket, despite the rubber guards.- Those rubber guards are a pain to get on and off while cleaning, but it's a minor inconvenience.- The bucket is easy to clean, but the grill plate can be surprisingly greasy/sticky. After the first use, I left ran the fryer on 400 degrees, empty, just to burn out any residues and that seemed to help.
