We recognize that those who may be using our Dove Sensitive Skin products may require special care, the level of fragrance used in our Sensitive Skin Shower Foam and Body Wash is significantly lower than in our other soap product. Formulations may change - we recommend checking ingredient labels prior to purchase. We hope this answers your question, Emma.

Q: Why does this 'unscented' body wash contain fragrance?

The ones that I have bought do not have a fragrance. If it has an odor it may be just the soap ingredients and not an actual added fragrance.

Q: How can the description say unscented when the ingredients include fragrance?

It it often true with products that contain natural ingredients, example aloe vera and essential oils, they have an aroma. So while the maker doesn’t add chemical fragrance, the product does list “fragrance”on list ingredients because it does smell.

Q: The formula for this product was recently changed to be "sulfate free" - is this the old formula (which smells better) as advertised, or the new one?

I had no idea they changed the formula...I wouldn't know - sorry!
