Lovely, sturdy little wooden step stool!

Beautifully made stool that, as is the mark of a well-made piece of furniture, comes fully assembled. Serves as both a footstool, a stepping stool and a place for my cat to get off and on the couch easier. The uses are endless for this versatile 9 inch stool. Smooth finish reveals the texture of the wood yet is pleasant to touch. I wish it were made in the USA but at least the wood is sourced there and it's through a US distributor. I am impressed.

This is a very nice little stool. I use it as a plant stand and it works perfectly. It's well made and quite sturdy. I'm sure it would be great to use for a child to sit on as well. I like that it arrived assembled and I didn't have to fuss with putting it together.

Was looking for a Stand for a Big Figure, this does the job. Solid Wood and completely assembled.

I needed a stool to use to reach things on high cabinet shelves. This one is very pretty and sturdy. I got it in "chocolate"- the wood grain is nice as is the color. It doesn't seem to have a real "finish" on it, so I rubbed beeswax polish on it and it now has a lovely shine. It seems to be sturdy, and is not at all tippy- sit's on the floor nicely. There are felt pads on the bottom of each leg. I think it will do the job nicely for me as as step stool. The big disappointment was that I thought it was made in the USA...on the box, it says "Proudly made of USA hardwoods" in big letters, but in small letters says "Made in the PRC" which of course is the People's Republic of China. Seems a waste that USA hardwood is sent to China to be made into stools and then sent back here. Why not have American workers make these little stools right here in a factory in the USA?? So as I said, learning that was a disappointment. I'm going to keep it anyway, as I searched for "made in USA" stools and couldn't find one I liked. Even tried to find an Amish made one, but all the ones I saw were bulky/weird. Even though this stool was NOT made in the USA, I do really find it attractive, and I'm glad I got one that didn't have any weird dark woodgrain streaks in it or anything like that. The grain of the wood is nice and even, and that made me happy!

I'm so glad I chose this stool! It's so well made- love that it's made in USA. It's stable, sturdy and I feel safe using it as a step stool. My size 10 feet just fit on it. I love the color and it's the perfect size for my small space heater. I would definitely buy it again but you won't need to because this will last a lifetime! It would make a great gift. It's the perfect all purpose stool. The finish is smooth with no flaws in the varnish, no chemical odor. Glad I spent a bit more money to get a quality product. Thank you!
