Easy to install. Just need a staple gun. May not fit perfectly but once installed works well as it is somewhat flexible. Zipper appears to be good quality. A lot easier than building a box or a fixed structure in attic.

Wow, what an incredibly amazing product that does what it says it is going to do. The installation was very easy. We used a staple gun and stapled the bottom to the perimeter of the attic door entrance. This fit perfectly and the change was immediate. I couldn't believe the difference in temperature. I know hot air rises but the cold was getting pushed out and you could feel it billowing from the attic. This is just amazing. I've been in and out of the attic with this on and it's easy to unzip and roll back to get into the attic.

J'ai installer ce produit pour l ouverture de l escalier dans mon garage pour aller dans le grenier, le problème c est que l air chaud s engouffre par la porte de l escalier du grenier et rencontre votre produit qui lui est froid puisqu' il est dans le grenier , alors il se forme de la condensation qui se change en eau. et qui s écoule sur la porte de l escalier ce qui vas la faire pourrir éventuellement et tout le bois autour...ce n est pas un bon produit pour le Quebec canada..ou les informations d installation sont trompeuseJe vais devoir trouver une solution ou tout defaire ...Merci

I never could understand why the main part of my house was not always as cool as the outer bedrooms. I finally realized that my thermostat was located directly under my attic access. Once I installed this attic door insulator cover I felt the difference in temperature almost immediately! Now my air conditioner is not constantly running all the time during the hottest part of the day and is cycling like it supposed to to maintain the temperature. I was super surprised on how easy it was to install. Definitely recommend getting the two-sided tape to help with the install. I am anxiously waiting for my next month’s electric bill. Definitely expecting a decrease!
