Delicious. Not overly flavored in the black truffle and just hot enough.

Tried the normal black truffle hot sauce and liked it a lot. Pairs great with breakfast sandwiches. This ghost pepper….amazing. Didn’t think it could get better than the other, I’m happily wrong. It has a little bit of a kick to it, not over bearing and great flavor.

A very coveted gift at the family Christmas gift exchange. While I haven't tried it myself, the giftee appreciated the amount of sauce included and the taste. He said it was high quality and would like to get more.

So a year or so ago our a friend made us dinner and used this sauce. I. WAS. HOOKED.Now, you have to be a fan of hot sauce, so don’t come on here complaining this sauce is spicy. This is not salsa for dipping chips. This is great on literally everything in my opinion… fish… steak… chicken…This one hits different… there’s truly flavor, there’s good creamy texture, and there’s a bit of heat to finish it off. It’s truly a unique taste that I’ve never had before and can’t get enough of. I literally could eat this straight with a spoon!My local grocery stores can never keep it on the shelves. I’ll be ordering online from now on because I refuse to not have it.

I fell in love with the Truff sauce a while ago, but the price is kind of ridiculous, so I opted to try this in lieu of it. It’s very comparable and definitely worth the buy. If you’ve had Truff before, this brand is a bit less truffle flavored, and a little bit more vinegary.

Generally too fruity flavored for me, but that fruitiness works really well in certain dishes, like bouillabaisse or seafood. I wish Melinda’s would make a potent truffle flavored hot sauce focused more on Chili and Truffle flavors for everyday use, on eggs, burgers, sauces, steaks, chicken, dressings, sandwiches, etc. But this is not that one. TJ’s has a better seasonal Truffle Hot Sauce tho a bit too sweet. Truff hot sauce is too weak in the truffle department. Their blend is GREAT! So, Melinda, you need to step up your game with a better Truffle sauce!

The heat level is like the kind of heat that still has good flavor not the kind of heat that is so hot you just taste “hot.” I like to use it in buffalo chicken dip🤤
