Not going to lie, I thought it would be like any other coffee. I am glad I was wrong, I like the taste, it's strong, smells great and hits a spot other coffee doesn't. I will be buying more, I suggest you take a chance and try it.

I wasn’t sure how long this bag would last, since I knew it was small. Made in a Moka pot, it goes a LONG way. This stuff is strong, and if you’re not drinking a full cup of coffee with nothing added to it, the bag will last a while. I brew mine in a 3-cup pot, and even 1/3 of that will wake you up like a 32 ounce cup of drip coffee. By two cups, I have no need to take my ADHD meds. 3 will likely be overkill, but it’s there if I do need it.Flavor-wise, I accidentally over-brewed mine, but even still, it is such a good flavor that it didn’t need sugar. It’s robust and full, and if brewed right, I doubt this would be bitter, because it was barely bitter the way I made it. You really can’t go wrong. I’ll be drinking this any time I need a kick.I definitely recommend, and will be buying more when I do run out!

It tastes good, but it's different. It's finely ground to a powder and comes out lighter in color than my Death Wish or even Red Brick coffees that are dark roast. I'm highly resistant to caffeine and can fall asleep after high amounts. I guess when it comes down to it, if I drink 12 cups of regular dark roast in a day, it's still more caffeine than a super high caffeine coffee. But hey, it's always fun to try something new and that won't stop me from exploring other coffees in the future.

The taste is fine. I was hoping for a caffeine jolt but I can drink 3-4 cups and still fall right back to sleep. Apparently nothing helps me stay awake. It’s too expensive for nothing more than ok flavor. If it actually kept me awake it would be worth it but my regular coffee is $2 less for 3oz more and has a better flavor. It’s not too expensive for you to try. Maybe it’ll work for you better than me.

If you have high blood pressure like I do, be careful! I found that if I mix it with decaf coffee, it helps tone down the caffeine and I still get the boost I need in the morning!

I usually drink DeathWish but starting new hours at work I was needing a bigger kickstart, after reading the caffeine content I was excited to get this in my cup. To say I’m disappointed is being nice. I woke at 1:30 am to a fresh brewed cup and at 3 am I was still fighting fatigue! I was dragging all day, came home and went back to my regular coffee and BAM felt like I was alive again! So thought I’d give it another shot and I got more of a jolt from the break room coffee! I’m still looking for the caffeine in those finely ground beans!

Love the extra boost in the morning with smooth taste. It's now on my subscription list.
