I absolutely regret buying this lifelong foot massager. From the very first time we plugged it in, it simply did not work at all. Not functioning, nothing. I contacted customer support immediately, but instead of resolving the issue, they've just kept delaying.A company that sells faulty products and then refuses to stand by them has no business being on Amazon. This was supposed to be a trusted brand, but it's been nothing but a waste of precious money, time and energy. Avoid this product and company at any cost.
