After ordering, I received an email from the supplier with a link at the bottom of the email for the 12-page e-book. (To be honest, there isn't much to the e-book.)

Q: How do i adjust strength?

Small round wheel about the size of a 10 pence coin on top of one of the grips. Tightens or loosens the amount of grip needed deep which way it’s turned. Choose from hard or easy to squeeze depending on your strength or choice.
