Q: I read the question about it fitting to 1.5" and 2" poles, but wanted to be sure: Will it clamp to a 1.375" inch pole?

No, but you can make it work. I bought this for a VIVO V001T Monitor Stand, which has a 1.375" diameter. It didn't fit initially (slightly loose, could not support itself on the stand), but I bought some Sugru and applied a single pack to one of the inner halves. See: imgur.com/a/5ZpSs . This method worked great for my purpose, but I would recommend looking into the weight bearing properties of Sugru if your intended usage involves a substantial amount of weight. This clamp fits 1.5" or 2" diameter pipe. All stands I have used are one or the other. Use black gaff tape around pipe for a tighter clamp fit if needed.

Its quite possible but only if the pole diameter matches, its a very strong clamp that l use to hold stage lighting to my PA system speaker stand It fitss it perfectly
