Has any one used this with a 2 year old? Im just wondering how safe it is without any buckles.

I got it for my 18 m.o. and it's safe as long as you're comfortable riding with one hand in the handlebar, as your child might require frequent assistance (or in case of emergency) While at 18 m.o. my daughter generally understood that she have to hold, she might have occasionally start clapping her hands, waving etc. etc. ** I would not recommend it for children less than 2 y.o. though

Will the work with a woman's bike?

There is another version of this for a women's bike.

Will it get in the way of the cables?

If the cables are on top of the upper bar, it will pinch down on them. You can still shift gears, but it is annoying. I haven’t explored a way to get around it yet.

Would this fit a Jetson Haze electric folding bike?

It depends how thick your frame is. I'm talking top bar and bottom bar Where the foot pegs go around. If it's thicker than a standard non electric mountain bike it may not fit.
