Great Pamper Party Decor!
These are really cute and of great quality! They come with mini white paper clips to secure the tissue paper fan together. Each side has an adhesive strip and the paper clips add extra security. I didn’t have any problems with these and would order again. Item is true to pictures.

Not best assembly, fell apart a lot.
Easy to assemble. They just would not stay put together. They kept coming undone & flopping over. So I had to keep trying to find ways to make them stay together. Very pretty nonetheless.
