My second duvet insert from Utopia, and just as the first, it exceeds my expectations.Nicely crafted with careful stitching, machine wash, line dry. And these are warm, yet breathable with filling that seems too light weight until you sleep under one. If your temps get below 50 at night, you may want another blanket along with this one, but otherwise these are great for anything from 50f to 85f and will give you a great night's sleep.

I originally bought this comforter because of a Wirecutter review. I had been buying and using duvets and covers and they all were expensive and didn't last, and worse they were too heavy. I have allergies and I realized that I could just use the comforter itself and launder it every week. It was cheap enough so I could replace it and it would still be cheaper than duvet covers. It turned out that they lasted for years even being washed every week. It is a wonderful cover. It's lightweight, luxurious feeling and warm enough to use year around in Northern California.

I bought a beautiful, silky duvet cover prior to this duvet insert. I wanted a true goose down insert but all reviews had something to say about the crunchy feel and annoying sounds in practically all the goose down inserts on Amazon. Lol. Not for me! This duvet insert is perfect and not nearly over $100 like most true down inserts are. It's the duvet cover that makes the final feel on this insert, flawless and smooth with no clumpy feel or look. And no pokey feathers ever! And that's what I did. :)So get a very nice, quality silky duvet cover then one of these inserts and you'll save lots of $$ and it feels super soft and heavenly. It fills my duvet cover up well but is not super thick, yet fluffy enough, so it cools very nicely all the time but super warm nonetheless at night. I usually sweat just a little each night but first night with this insert and my very nice duvet cover, I was dry as a bone and still have been since. Love it.

Worth what you pay. It's soft and not "crunchy" like some "down" alternative comforters. Very light. Warm. Color is great.

Wow, these are really nice. They're very comfortable, no need for a cover on them. I use them in both the summer and winter - they keep me warm in winter, but I also don't get too hot in summer. I don't use a sheet, just this comforter. I got two of the twin sized ones to replace one large queen comforter in my queen bed, and I would really recommend that for anyone with a partner. No sheets, just the comforter. We each now have our own comforters, no more cover stealing!These wash pretty well. Because we're not using covers, and not using sheets, I do wash these much more frequently than I would typically wash a comforter. It says to air dry them, so, I leave them draped over my elliptical to dry them. So far they've held up well. But there is some pilling.

I like the thickness of the comforter. The design makes the bed look good. It is very soft and warm. It has a light feel to it. Not too heavy. And it is machine washable. I will have this comforter for many years to come. I did t expect it to be this nice because the price was so affordable. I was pleasantly surprised that it was this nice. I saw the same comforter priced at a considerably higher price by a different seller and, Im glad I choose this one.

Utopia Bedding is a decent budget option, but manage your expectations. The microfiber sheets are soft at first and the price is hard to beat if you’re furnishing a guest room or need a quick replacement. They washed up fine initially, but after a few cycles, I noticed minor pilling and slight shrinkage (though they still fit my mattress). The comforter is lightweight and works for summer, but it’s definitely not plush or warm enough for colder months.
