Just for decoration. Bateries operate the clock. A small magnet keeps the pendulum going

The door opens and the bird comes out, cuckoos the appropriate number of times, goes back in and the doors close.

Q: Have had the clock for 4 months. pendulum stops swinging after a few hours. have tried new batteries. no improvement. what can i do?

I have no idea as mine has been running for a couple of years now and have had no problems at all!! Love my clock!!
