The media could not be loaded. Aulten stablizer purchased had issues within a month.. my AC stopped working with the alten stablizer, shows HI when the compressor kicks in.. it works fine when I replaced it with old stablizer.Took time, about 1.5 months to get a replacement.. customer service and logistic partner were not that great with this.. i am yet to test the new one as summer is over and I do not need AC anymore.. next summer I will get to know.. Below is the time lines..Purchased stablizer in the month of April 2024...The voltage usually goes below 160 during night which was the reason for having purchased this stablizer.. otherwise the old one was doing good .. after getting in touch with the customer care below is the timeline for getting a new one delivered ..May 15 2024: I was able to get hold of the customer care person and he had send me the labels and manifest for processing the return. Waiting for the item to be picked up. Hopefully the new item will be delivered soon and will not take a week..Update May 24th 2024: defective stablizer has not been picked up by delivery team yet. Seems like their logistic partner is also not good.Update June 15th. I received the new stablizer 2 days back. Yet to test it but glad that it finally reached.Update July 9th: Updated the title and starting review comments a bit .. will update the review raing once I fell the product is good and stable when I use my AC next summer.. right now stablizer usage is less..Dec 24.2024. another Stablizer, the Output voltage is not correct.. not sure how they tested this poduct. For input around 220+ output is near 175.. my AC compressor stops at this voltage.. what's the point in using this Stablizer. Should never have bought this.. go for trusted brands .

Good Quality Stabilizer at Low price. I am using with 1 Ton 3 Star AC and its working fine. Just the connecting wires are open so its risky. Otherwise its a good product.

One of the worst company listed on Amazon. Worst product, worst customer service. My stabilizer started malfunctioning after 1 year and I contacted their customer service which is impossible to get connected over the phone because of the endless waiting time. Contacted on WhatsApp and they promised a replacement and asked me to pack the stabilizer and send them a video proof so they can get it picked and send me a replacement however, it’s around 15 days and nobody is responding even after multiple messages on WhatsApp. Ridiculous!!!
