If you lay the second row down, will the cover fit over the entire area (back of seats and cargo area) or no just the cargo space?

It is made to fit over the back of the seats and the cargo area. I have a Honda Passport so it is a very large cargo area. It covers the majority of both the seats and cargo area. It has velcro to stick up the sides to protect the carpet. If you have a smaller SUV it should work great.

Wouod this fit for a Mazda 90?

It seems to be universal but I couldn't say for sure.

Will it fit in kea soul?

I have a Honda Passport which is much bigger than your Kia so I would say yes. Go and measure your Kia and see what you think.

Will it fit a RAV4 if i put the back seats down?

Some Suv's are long with seats down in the back ... I would measure the front back seats and to the edge of Suv's open door That way you know what size cover.. I did that and the right size was Ok...
