I bought a 3XL because I am a big guy and the first day I use the Sauna suit the pants rip.

I love this suit for the sauna‼️I had a lot of sweat just spilling out of the suit‼️I got a size large. I’m 5’3 ; 159lbs . I probably could have gone with a medium. This sauna suit is made out of durable material.

I like that the suit made me sweat but I don’t like that it ripped make sure you get 2 sizes larger that your actual size

I went walking in the suit this morning a day after it came. The shirt fits great the pants not so much. I placed the order for 3x I don't believe the pants were 3x. If could get the pants in a bigger size bc I busted though my pants while walking, I was so embarrassed. I like the suit, I sweated good, just wish the pants were able to fit true to size.

It did what it was supposed to do, I’ve had it a little over a week now. Went on a run and the pants tore. Lasted a few runs. Probably wouldn’t buy again
