Perfect for ab exercises
My trainer had me doing ab pushups. You lay on your back with the weight placed on your tummy, and push stomach up using your legs. Then the gyms here were closed due to COVID 19. I wanted to continue doing the exercise, so I bought the sandbag. I like this exercise better than sit-ups and uses many of the same muscles.

These are great for multipurpose training but it's ridiculous how expensive they are.

Versatile and safe.
I love this versatile weight. It is my favorite go to product for anyplace-in-the-house workouts. My kids, floor, and furniture don’t get hurt from bumps and drops. This piece of gear is great. Highly recommend.

exactly what i wanted
Received item as advertised and in a timely fashion. Same exact product i was using in a professional gym. I haven't used it yet (waiting on padding for floors in home gym) but seems sturdy and good quality.
