Q: Can you use these with Speedfit 15mm pipe or are they strictly copper?. They look better than the speedfit valves...

Yes you can, make sure you use the plastic pipe inserts

Q: Can i attach a flexible tap connector pipe to this valve

PS: fitting a 15MM X 1/2" BSP Adaptor Flexible TAP Connector to the valve would be safer.

Yes, just turn them round. Opposite direction turn on/off of course.

You can remove the compression nut and replace it with a B.S.P. female adaptor to what you require, but you can purchase from Amazon a similar lever valve with one side compression and the other B.S.P. female thread.
