Yes two headlights per kit. These headlights are incredible and put out amazing light OEM quality. Keep in mind they are only designed for the JK series however you can put them on a JL but requires a lot of work you will need headlight adapter brackets, headlight harness adapters, and custom wiring for the blinkers to work. Also installed on a 2014 JK and completely plug and play without extra parts, adapters, or wiring needed very easy install. Highest quality light output available.

I had the same issues, your phone isn't close enough to the lights, you literally have to stand in front of your jeep to get them to connect.
