These are very sturdy mats and good value - I was impressed with the quality which I've found is typical of the Pimpernel brand. Very easy to clean, and the timeless Parisian design looks great in both formal and informal settings. I also bought the matching coasters, and have been very pleased with both purchases.

The quality is fantastic but the image is quite dull and like a sepia colour whereas the last ones that I got the red of the shop blinds really stood out.. hence the 4 and not 5 stars
