Works as expected
This thing was funny; plugged it into a pi and it went haywire for 2 mins! Mouse flying round the screen and buttons pushing randomly - started to worry!Settled eventually and it’s brilliant - nice for kodi if you use it

Not all buttons work as expected, but still great value
I use this to run Plex media server on a windows PC connected to my TV. Out of the box, the option for air mouse works perfectly to wake the PC and stat plex. One plex is launched, I turn off the air mouse option and use the navigation keys. Works perfectly for start /pause, navigation, PC volume and back. There are options in plex to learn key inputs, but I haven't bothered yet as this device does exactly what is needed as is, and an absolute bargain price !

Yellow circle buttons imitate direction buttons on a keyboard.

Motion pointer works, other stuff doesn't
I'm using this with an Amazon fire TV stick. I had to buy an Otg cable to make it work.Good thing is that it worked straight out the box.Voice control doesn't work at all. I can't get the volume buttons to work either. The learning function only seemingly works for the power button.The instructions are poorly written. With the fire TV stick most apps are built around button controls so the pointer isn't that useful. However for the Internet browser using the pointer is much better. And the channel up down buttons act as your page scroll. Unfortunately when going to input text via the on screen keyboard, the remote only works if you disable the pointer, type in your word. Then you have to turn the pointer back on. It's a touch annoying but still glad I got it. Its not too expensive and I can use it on my pc too.
