Ich musste meinen PC mit DisplayPort-Ausgang an einen Monitor mit HDMI-Eingang anschließen und habe mich für diesen BENFEI Adapter entschieden. Die Entscheidung war goldrichtig - der Adapter funktioniert absolut problemlos und liefert genau das, was er verspricht. Die Installation könnte nicht einfacher sein. Adapter in den DisplayPort stecken, HDMI-Kabel anschließen und sofort wird das Bild übertragen. Plug and Play ohne Treiber, ohne Konfiguration, ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Selbst Windows hat den Monitor sofort erkannt und mit den richtigen Einstellungen konfiguriert. Die 4K-Übertragung funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich nutze den Adapter für einen 4K-Monitor mit 60Hz und das Bild ist gestochen scharf ohne jegliche Verzögerung oder Qualitätsverlust. Auch bei schnellen Bewegungen in Spielen oder Videos gibt es keine Ruckler oder Artefakte. Die Farbwiedergabe ist perfekt, kein Unterschied zu einer direkten Verbindung. Was mir besonders gut gefällt: Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und robust. Das Gehäuse ist aus Metall, nicht aus billigem Plastik, und fühlt sich sehr wertig an. Die Anschlüsse sind vergoldet und sitzen fest in den Buchsen. Kein Wackeln, kein lockerer Kontakt. Man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wurde. Die Größe ist kompakt und der Adapter verschwindet praktisch hinter dem Monitor. Kein sperriger Kasten, der stört. Die passive Kühlung reicht völlig aus - der Adapter wird auch nach stundenlanger Nutzung nur leicht warm, nie heiß. Wichtig zu wissen: Der Adapter ist unidirektional, funktioniert also nur von DisplayPort zu HDMI, nicht umgekehrt. Das steht aber auch klar in der Beschreibung und für meinen Anwendungsfall war das genau richtig. Wer HDMI zu DisplayPort braucht, muss ein anderes Modell nehmen. Ich nutze den Adapter jetzt seit mehreren Monaten täglich und hatte nicht eine einzige Störung. Die Verbindung ist absolut stabil, kein Flackern, keine Bildaussetzer, einfach zuverlässige Performance. Genau so muss ein Adapter funktionieren. Die Kompatibilität ist hervorragend. Funktioniert mit meinem PC, meinem Laptop und auch am Beamer. Egal welches Gerät, der Adapter macht seinen Job perfekt. Auch verschiedene Auflösungen werden problemlos unterstützt - von Full HD bis 4K. Für jeden, der eine zuverlässige DisplayPort zu HDMI Verbindung braucht, ist dieser BENFEI Adapter die perfekte Wahl.
