Become fond of Alpha GPC choline, I use pill forms as well, but like most supplements. Not all are created equal. I do a ton of research before I do or try anything. I’ve used the pill and the liquid. This works just as good and gets rid of that brain fog really well.

Couldn't tell you if the item was any good or not because when I got it the bottom was broken out of the bottle seems that you can't return it or get it replaced because of the item that it is so $20 down the drain
