Q: Do you loose the rear and middle tie down hooks?

I have a set installed on my 2019 Ranger. The middle and rear hooks/rings are used to mount catch assembly for boxes. The middle one is still accessible. The rear one may require you to remove storage box. I found I can swing box out enough to use rear hook, but If I need entire bed, I would need remove boxes. The Boxes sit on hinge pins and can easily be removed, depending on how much weight you have in them.

Q: Will the box swing out over a 3/8 inch bed mat?

I measured 1.25 inches of clearance to spray in liner on 2019 ranger.

Q: Can the swivel case be installed over drop in bed liner ?

Yes but you have to some minor drilling to your bedliner to install swivel case.

Q: How is theft of the entire container prevented?

There’s a small attachment for a small pad lock to be used to stop theft of the storage box
