Q: $20 for 8 ounces of coffee? Is that right?

That's right -- I bought one pack because I was curious what Bialetti considered to be the 'right' coffee for a Moka pot. I had been using Cafe Bustelo. The Bialetti was fairly similar in consistency to Bustelo. It might taste a little better, but not much better. Not that I have refined tastes. So I am happily back with Bustelo, which is one-quarter the price.

We use it like American coffee and add all the things we like to add. The flavors of a dark roast coff is what you gain

Q: Are hazelnut & chocolate all natural authentic flavorings?

The factory quotes 0.2% natural hazelnut extract for their Nocciola coffee. I can't verify this as I don't care for flavored coffees (I had a bad experience years ago when the flavorings were probably NOT natural and used to turn rancid). But because the manufacturer also lists "flavourings" [sic] in the ingredients, it calls into question what the sources of those flavorings ARE. You should look into the sources in more detail to be certain.
