Q: The swivel doesn't swivel any more. How do I replace it?

I see, hmmmm, first thing u do is find that aggravating co worker. Then u guys become friendly enough to get close to his toolbox. After that you have a buddy call up to the shop and say that his (the aggravating coworkers) house is on fire. He'll leave so fast he won't even think about locking up his tools. While he's gone, driving madly to reach his home and save all his 3rd place drag queen trophies, u switch out the swivels. When he comes back u act concerned for what he's going through. Or if all of that is too complicated then you can realize that nothing lasts forever and that the swivel joint is put through quite a bit of stress during use and you buy another one. Yea, that may be easier. Just purchase another one.

Q: What are the dimensions of the case?

from the bottom flat area (stands) to the top of the curve (handle - the highest point) is appx. 11½" by the width which is 15¼" by the thickness of the case filled, locked & closed which is 3¼" thick. So to recap the dimensions: 15¼" (wide) by 11½" (tall) by 3¼" (thick). I hope this helps you.

Won't need it but gearwrench has a life time warrenty the down side is try to find a local dealer but for the price you can't beat them just as good as matco
