I purchased this wire for jewelry making since craft or jeweler's S.S. wire is cost prohibitive though it's the same. It is close to being as dead soft as a good copper wire which makes it easy to use for wrapping and weaving.

I have been using this to make jewelry and it is working out well, and cheaper than many of the wire packaged for jewelry makers! Does need heavy duty cutters that handles steel though.

I keep the two together. Tough, all purpose, there is enough in this order to last my fix-it projects for some time. Very handy for my around-the-house needs.
