Q: Is is gentle on young skin?

My skin is old but it is very gentle. Not at all stringent

Q: Shame it has parfum fragrance in it,why? didn't know. Unnecessary imo, as its just a possible irritant. Will test it tho.

No idea. Except my sensitive skin is not irritated by it. It has helped reduce breakouts. Bought not long ago couple weeks, but there has been a noticeable impact, not gaining new area to treat, until the previously fully cleared up. I am using on my back mainly and a little on my chest, top of arms. My face doesn't tend to get spots. What I have found was using a good cleanser prior to it helps. I use dove sensitive sentless soap. After a bath or shower, I apply this product to any breakouts. At my age takes a lil longer to clear them up, but they are clearing with this product.
