I was assuming there would be pigment, as it is a spray paint, but???
I was assuming there would be pigment, as it is a spray paint, but it took 4 full cans to achieve an effect or even be marginally visible.If you are looing for more vivid colors, its NOT these. The spray cans is a nice feature, however, disappointing that it took ALL of the paint to even slightly see an effect.
