I use this as a mouthguard at night. I clench and my teeth and gum become painful from the repeated nights of clenching. This product matching my needs: It's soft to relieve the stress caused by clenching. Following the directions, the teeth molded to fix ming. I wear it every night to soften my clutching it works great. Dentists mouth guards are ~$400.

A little bulky, but I knew that going in. Still works exactly as it should. Great for any beginner skaters

Works but tough if you have a small mouth

Athletic Mouthpiece: I use it at night for sleeping as I am a teeth grinder. I had to leave it in boiling water a little longer than the prescribed time because it was not adequate to soften the material. It did shrink slightly but I have a small mouth. It works well.

Clearly, this item is not returnable so keep that in mind if you order it. My son needed a new mouthguard for Lacrosse so he asked me to purchase this one for him. It arrived on time, looked pretty standard. However, when trying to fit it to his teeth it went pretty south. We followed the instruction exactly but apparently the recommended time to leave the guard in the water was greatly over estimated. His mouthguard shriveled up and shrank in a matter of seconds. He placed it in his mouth to form fit the guard and it ended up be malformed and misshapen. Just for clarification, this isn't his first mouth guard and he has done the fit/shaping multiple times with other brands. However, this product just didn't perform like expected. I wish I could return the item just show the seller can see the mess it turned out to be, but instead we trashed it and will try another product.

On the first day I got this mouthgard, took a hard fall skiing hit my face straight on rail. If it wasn’t for this mouth guard I would have shattered all my teeth. Never been more thankful.
