Q: Can this be used with LED bulbs?

Yes, but it doesn't have a "dimmer" feature. When I had to take the fan down to replace the old wireless receiver, I also got a set of new Philips LED bulbs that are designed to be dimmable. But unfortunately, this controller only allows for ON or OFF. So, yes, it can be used with LED bulbs, but it will not allow dimming, whether the LEDs are labeled "dimmable" or not.
