I tried a few other things in conjunction with this- low sugar diet, low gluten and choline supplements BUT I really think this helped me wean sooo much as an over producer. Went from 60 oz a day to 30 with no clogs or mastitis which I was super prone to for weeks. Applied every 3 hours and had no engorgement or pain. Plan to use it again when I wean completely. Def worth the money.

Impressed. I was skeptical at first but started feeling and seeing results within hours. My pain started dissipating initially, and then I noticed a milk volume decrease in my overachiever breast shortly thereafter. Within about 36 hours of applying it every 2-4 hours, milk in both breasts had nearly vanished. My breasts had nearly gone back to pre-pregnancy size too. Note: I did have three mugs of sage tea over the same period, so that could have contributed to the rapid reduction. Would recommend.

I’m not sure how much it helps with actually drying up my milk. It’s only been a week and we are still producing. However, it definitely helps w comfort . I keep in fridge and use 2-4x a day and helps so much with tender or itchy engorged breasts. Highly recommend .

I really wanted to give this 5 stars but unfortunately I have to give it one. After wearing a sports bra (as directed) for 2 days and applying the cream (generously) every 3 hours max, there was absolutely no change in my milk supply. Yes at times I had to squeeze my breast a little due to discomfort but at no point in the 5 days of using the cream did I breast feed. It’s super expensive and doesn’t last long if you’re applying often. They are also lacking in direction.Would love to give it another shot but not for the money they charge.

This product absolutely saved my breastfeeding journey. I have been prone to very painful clogged ducts this time around. I use this as a spot treatment on my clogged duct and they are either very reduced or gone completely in a few hours after application. It’s absolutely magic and worth every penny. Buy this!!!

I didn’t want to do the whole cabbage leave thing on my breasts so this was the next best thing. I’m not totally sure if it did help but I felt nice to put on. I did many things to decrease my milk supply and I believe this may have helped slightly.

Im not sure if it was this and Sudafed combined but a tight sports bra, and icing wasn't cutting it this time around. I purchased this and also started Sudafed PE (recommended to dry milk from my OB) at the same time and it helped tremendously. By day 2 of using this I noticed my chest was getting softer and wasn’t as engorged. It also feels super cooling on! Better smelling than straight cabbage as well.

This stuff works! Unfortunately, my body just isn’t a milk producer but still needed to find a way to stop my very small supply. This Cabo Cream is efficient and effective! I coupled the cream with Sudafed (help dry up supply - CNM recommendation) along with a tight sports bra; within 48hrs I saw and felt a dramatic shift. Bear in mind, this is my story and yours will vary. Overall, very satisfied!
