From my wife: This is a good version of vitamin E with mixed tocopherols, which is what is wanted for optimal use. It's gluten free, which is great. The only thing I'd change is that it's derived from soy. That's not really best case scenario. It's priced right and has a good potency.

These are good quality vitamin E soft gels. They are easy to take with a glass of water or juice. I take them to help my skin and heart health and they seem to work well.

Because gelatin is one of the ingredients, this is not a vegetarian product. The capsules are medium size, so shouldn't be difficult to swallow for most people. There's no funny smell, and they haven't irritated my husband's stomach.
