Q: are the black 7 gold on a card ?

The ones I bought for my boys were packaged on a card with a sealed see through plastic covering for the car itself

Q: I have received only 1 car. Will the other five come in separately?

If you only received one something was wrong you should have gotten all 6

Yes they are in the original package that hangs on a display rack.

Q: Will the cars be placed in a separate bag so that the Amazon sticker is not placed directly on the car packaging?

each car comes in its own manufacturers packaging. there will be no Amazon (or any other) stickers applied to items shipped from Libby Luu’s. only a postage label will be applied to outside of packaging that the items are shipped in.
