If I could give no stars I would. Cheap flimsy and DOES NOT STAY TOGETHER WHEN ADDING BALLOONS. I had to use duck tape to hold the pole in place and the bottom pole would not stay in the base at all! I ended up using a small broom stick in its olace

This worked really well for party decor. Easy to assemble. Water leaked just a little from the base. And it’s kind of flimsy once you get all the balloons on it. My event was outdoors and the weather was cloudy and not much wind. But occasionally they would lean or blow completely over, causing some of the balloons to pop. The box also arrive ripped up, but thankfully the contents appeared to be intact. I also think I may have blown the balloons up too much. I think medium sized might get better coverage on the pole.

Don't waste your money, not sturdy very flimsy. Fell several times, used indoors too. Finally had to put in area so it couldn't be bumped in the slightest.

These are easy to assemble. You can add balloons using the rings or by tying and wrapping. They are not very sturdy, even when the base is filled with water. These would be good for a counter display. I do not endorse using them on the floor or with toddlers.
