Good reviews of this on YouTube, the head is made of thick steel with a decent bowl to actually hold dirt to get it out of the hole! , most don't have that!You can set the angle of the handle to 45 degrees which makes scooping out dirt from a hole much easier.Extend the handle and rotate it to lock the extension. There is a wood saw in the handle, I have not used it yet, I have strapped some small survival stuff to itsuch as a small folding blade, button compass etc, it fits ok back in the handle.Anyone gives you any grief, tell them "I've got a Glock" ;)
