Yes...just make sure it's dry... if damp I just wrap it up before putting it in the tube. I travel a lot with my job and use the tube everywhere I go

Q: Dark stallion or white knight? anyone have a preference or a reason to buy one over the other?

Dark Stallion is a real badger hair brush. Pros: feels like a real animal. Cons: it sheds and smells like a badger (during the break-in period), and it is also not suitable if you live in an area with hard water or excessive mineral content. White Knight is a synthetic brush. Pros: it does not smell, does not shed and is usable in all areas. It holds water better and feels softer. Cons: It's not made from a real animal. Overall, I prefer the White Knight.

Q: Which brush is stiffest?

I only have this one, but I've really enjoyed it. Virtually no shedding, firm but not prickly on the skin, builds a nice lather.
