I am almost 83 and have COPD because of taking heart medications that cause lung damage. Stopped meds 4 years ago but lung damage remains. I've tried 2 other well recommended lung supplements and they help with the coughing up of phlegm but no apparent help with the shortness of breath and may have caused my blood pressure, usually normal, to be higher. After 5 days I could sense a difference. After two weeks I'm sure it's helping a lot. I've gone from being totally out of breath and exhausted after leaning over to clean out a cat pan.
