Q: Can these be used with the y3.2 espresso/coffee machine?

Yes， it can be used with Y3.2. Actually, these coffee filters can be used with all illy model machine.

Q: Does anyone know if this will work with the illy y3.2?

If the illy 3.2 takes the same capsules as the illy X7.1 in the can the answer is yes. I have been roasting my own coffee and filling these capsules. You have to shut off the flow as the auto off does not work with them, but that is no real problem.You will need a 30mm tamper. I got one from China.
