Highly recommended if you want to be healthy and loose weight
If you have been struggling all your life trying to loose weight and be healthy, follow all the advice from your doctor on diet, medicine, workout and still can't get the results?Tried all (and by that I mean all .... ) sort of diets. High protein, Hopkins, vegan. Whole plant based, hell even tried to survive on just vegetable juice for two weeks. Nothing worked for me on long term.None of those methods were sustainable.Then I stumbled on this book and later more from Dr. Ken Berry.This is a must read if you want to be healthy.

Very interesting book
Love the new ideas in here. The best thing for me was that diabetes is sugar toxicity. Since following Dr Berry 8 weeks ago, I have lost a stone in weight and four inches off my waist. I also feel so much better I had pains in my back and hip for 20 years and they have almost gone. This is from going on a keto diet (low carb, high protein). I also followed Dr Michael Mosley and Dr Eric Berg. I hopefully have lowered my blood sugar levels to a good number but haven't had my check up yet to find out Thanks very much Dr Berry.

If you are lucky enough to get your hands on this book, grab it. It's the best and most well laid out book I have ever read... and so easy to read.It is not a doctor bashing book, but one who speaks compassionately about the pressures doctors are under though it does not justify some of the advice they give their patients.It clears up many of the misconceptions we have about our health and every word in the book MAKES SENSE. It refers to how our ancestors lived and how far we have gravitated from our nutritional source.I am not passing this book on to any one but keeping it for my children, who will I hope, when they areready, use it as their nutritional/health inspiration.A fantastic book.

A book everyone should read
Over the last few years I have read quite a few books challenging the status quo of the nutrition and medical space. I have to say most were well written, good books with backed up research.Lies my Doctor told me however stands out above those I have read. Dr Ken Berry does an excellent job of breaking down topics into understandable sections. The text is nicely laid out with colourful images which makes the book an easy read.IMO Dr Berry comes across as a very sincere individual that really just wants people to have the truth.This is without a doubt one of the best books I have read and if you only buy one book this year, get this one.Your health will thank you for it!

Must read
Absolutely amazing book. Very clear and easy to read, the book has a very handy structure with a lot of recommendations.This book is a must have in every house. It will change your perspective on many different topics and it will give you the desire to do more research.I enjoyed reading so many chapters on nutrition and lifestyle, while discovering different views on medicine.Towards the end of the book you will find a list of small lies and myths that were absolutely brilliant.I would highly recommend this book to anyone, no matter what kind of medical background you have.

Eye opening! It will change your life!
I was introduced to Dr Berry by a dear friend. Let me just say his no nonsense approach to healthcare has allowed me to lose 115lbs in 13 months. He lets you know it’s ok to question your doctor’s medical decisions for your health and your life. He encourages open conversations about health and nutrition. You can’t believe everything you hear or read from the MSM. I recommend you buy his book AND follow his YouTube and Facebook page. There is lots of info in all of these places. I have now found a local keto friendly doctor who has helped me on my journey and my husband and dropped his A1C an entire point in 5 months and lost 35lbs. My daughter has lost 52! Thanks Dr Berry for changing my family for the better!
